This past week has been busy, really busy. But this week's music is what got me through it...first, here's what myself and j.g. produced last week..and then i'll list some plays this week that have been on constant rotation.-
Lone is great. Even after I edited film several days straight in the dark; I felt sundrenched+groovy.
Tycho-Coastal Brake has released. I've been listening to tycho since 2005, and it seems like he's becoming more readily accessible to the majority of people. Really great musician/graphic designer. This track is absolutely fantastic. Be sure to pickup this E.P. that comes with 3 great remixes. Great cover work by Scott Hansen's Pseudonym- ISO 50.
The New Fabric 50 mastered by Martyn has released. Includes 2562, zomby, roska, +others.
Elemental is becoming one of my favorite dubstep artists around. Can't find much from youtube-but here's a boxcutter remix that's pretty legitimate.
I'll try to get a top10 list in before the weekend, but until then-keep warm and have a great week

Octa Push. One of the greatest dubstep names i've ever seen. All their stuff is amazing.
new animal collective leaked-....its ok, but it sounds like a huge delay of itself the whole album. I just wish they would have moved on from sung tongs.
Today I thought I would share some new finds- this post-both visual/musical
Artist of the day- Rosemarie Fiore. She makes incredible art by firing fireworks onto white flooring. I love her style but her oil paintings are where its at- check her website out- www.rosemariefiore.com

Great Video.by the female dubstep artist-Mary Anne Hobbs. Also one of the BBC radio 1 hosts.
Here's some melancholy for you late night dwellers.
Khonnor. Khonnor hasn't released anything new since 2006. This track is off his 2004 album 'Handwriting' This direct animation compliments the song perfectly. Reminds me of snowy winter mornings in Santa Fe, New Mexico
Bibio. I've been listening to all of Bibio's albums for the past two weeks. This track is more hip-hop influenced than his other folk stuff. Check out his new album, 'The Apple and the Tooth' It has a beautiful remix of Haikuesque.

Overall this is an audio/visual art library(blog) for myself and anyone who is interested in the same vein of ideas.

I'll be updating this as much as possible with new finds!
